One of the World’s Largest selling consumer electronic company Sony Ericsson is impotent in customer support at Nagpur,M.S,India.
This is my original acknowledgement slip given by accel front line (sony ericsson service center at nagpur.)
my k550i was submitted for repair (network problem) on 5th july 2008 (call id NGP-SE-602092-CP) & was returned to me on 1st aug 2008, still it had a problem in it (flash lights were not working). Here the service station personals said : “jus use the handset for 10-15days and by the time we will call the part for flash light.” but,
when i went there after 18 days on 18th aug 2008 ,they asked me to submitt the cell with new call id : NGP-SE-657115-CP and My customer complain no is :SE-743-2642.i did what they asked but still i have not got my cell (k550i) . i had call on 1800-11-1800 for 10th time on monday 15th sept 2008 and i was asured that some senior representative will have a talk with me before 3 pm .but nothing hapened ,neither i got a call nor the current status of repair.
M not the only one to suffer ,there are thousands at nagpur, if company wants i can prove .
My last request to sony ericsson “please shut down your product sell at nagpur if u can’t give a proper service ”
